Traditional or Lean-to can also be called Sun-room or Sun Lounge Conservatories
This style of conservatory is thoroughly practical as it makes the most possible use of your available space, not surprisingly sun lounge and lean-to conservatories are one of our most popular styles.
Victorian Conservatories
These elaborate and ornate conservatories, with their soaring exteriors, can add glamour to even the most modest of homes – not only complementing Victorian homes, but also adding a certain “je ne sais quoi” to the more modern home.
A Victorian conservatory is essentially English design that incorporates a multi-faceted bay end for permitting excellent all-round views. Victorian Conservatories are traditionally really Edwardian Conservatories but with one end finishing in a semi-circle.
Edwardian or Georgian Conservatories
These simple structure means the Edwardian conservatory lends itself well to small spaces, its rectangular base maximising the floor space available in even the smallest garden The design also offers extra headroom, giving a spacious feel to even the most modest of conservatories.
Edwardian conservatories are also sometimes known as Georgian. This classic conservatory style is traditionally square or rectangular, but with stylish lines. Edwardian Conservatories tend to have straight and square profiles and no curves or angular sections (unless 90 degrees).
Gable End Conservatories
The style of an authentic, elegant Victorian glasshouse. Gable end or gable fronted conservatories offer a light filled and spacious design which makes excellent use of available floor area, whilst offering a choice of different roofing conservatory styles that provide extra head room.
P Shape Conservatories
P shaped conservatories are so called because they have a P shaped plan with an apexed roof. P shaped conservatories are sometimes called Combination conservatories due to the fact that they allow you to combine two different styles of conservatory, such as an Edwardian and a Lean To. It is also possible to adapt an existing style into different basic layouts, including a T-shape or a B-shape.
